Why does a price say Delayed?

Because it is a real market print that is not live. Every market carries a badge: Live is a realtime feed, Delayed is a genuine print that lags the market, and Indicative means we have no licensed feed for that instrument and the price is a plausible level rather than a quote. The badge is there so you always know which you are trading on.
